For the last couple of years, I've always been a firm believer that radical transparency in business is the way forward. I believe that if you choose to utilize it you will:
- Get free marketing
- Build a tribe faster
- Be more efficient, and have a much more efficient organization
- Find the right people easier.
But now, with the spread of Covid-19 and the recession that will ultimately come from it, It's time to stop planning and start doing.
So, the first project that I'll utilize radical transparency on is Qompis.se, a comparison site for consumers & business in Sweden that aims to help them in these rough times by cutting costs on essential expenses, while maintaining or improving quality of the bought service.
One little caveat: Until me and my team has taken it to 10k unique visitors/month, I'll be transparent here. I'll tell you all about what we focus on, what we do to gain traction and how we attract visitors. I'll also show you the statistics and even the revenue numbers from it, right here.
The reason why I'm doing it here, and not directly on the site from the get-go is that until we've reached the tipping point, I believe that the transparency will (unfortunately) hurt trust/authority (in the sense that we are simply to small).
